Job summary

TD Bank US Compliance is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to support the enterprise Regulatory Compliance Risk Assessment (RCRA) through data management, analysis, and dashboarding. You will transform data into actionable insights for oversight and senior management.

Reporting to the Manager or Senior Manager, you will prepare management reports, coordinate with data owners, and help automate reporting while ensuring data quality and traceability across business units.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Self-starter with ability to work across Compliance, Risk, Tech and Data teams.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of enterprise Regulatory Compliance Risk Assessments (RCRA) with data management and reporting.
• Develop dashboards and management reporting to provide timely, accurate insights.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve data quality.
• Prepare materials for review sessions and senior leadership reporting.
• Collaborate with program management, data enablement, and risk owners to improve outcomes.
