Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in legal compliance.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state bar regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate company procedures to identify compliance risks.
• Ensure operations comply with legal regulations and internal policies.
• Develop and implement effective compliance policies and procedures.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise internal departments.
• Conduct internal audits and investigations to assess compliance.
• Provide legal support during compliance-related inquiries and audits.
