The role requires a JD, 10–15 years of experience in corporate compliance, strong leadership, and ability to operate in a global, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A Juris Doctor is required and licensed to practice law in good standing.
• 10–15 years of progressive professional experience in legal and compliance, preferably in technology or consumer products.
• Experience creating and effectuating corporate compliance programs and procedures and implementing compliance training programs.
• Experience in design and implementation of compliance-focused management reports and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with North America businesses to identify compliance risks and design tools to drive compliance.
• Provide strategic compliance advice on business initiatives with Legal and other functions.
• Develop, implement and maintain compliance policies, procedures and training.
• Lead the compliance training program, onboarding and annual refreshers.
• Conduct compliance audits, lead remediation efforts, and ensure consistent policy application.
• Collaborate with Korea HQ to support regional initiatives and special projects.
• Lead or support internal investigations as needed.
