Qualifications

• Experience creating corporate compliance programs and training.

Responsibilities

• Identify risk areas in North America and develop tools to drive compliance.
• Develop communications and trainings for employees on compliance topics.
• Draft and update compliance policies and guidance documents.
• Lead internal investigations with interviews and evidence review.
• Manage investigations database and compliance hotline.
• Provide legal counseling on government contracting, healthcare products, import/export compliance, lobbying and gifts regulations, and sustainability topics.
• Oversee the Accessibility Compliance Program under FCC rules.
• Review conflicts of interest, gifts and hospitality, and draft quarterly reports.
• Support vendor onboarding and customer due diligence processes.
• Assist in drafting, implementing, and maintaining compliance trainings.
• Collaborate with Compliance colleagues to share best practices.
• Supervise junior compliance attorneys and managers.
