The role involves managing outside counsel, government investigations, and strategic risk management across high-stakes cases.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in litigation, JD from a top law school, and Texas bar admission. In-house experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have JD and bar admission in good standing.
• At least 10 years in litigation, with firm experience.
• Experience managing litigation across various matters and coordinating outside counsel.
• Strong advocacy, strategy, and risk management skills.
• Ability to advise senior management and collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation including product liability, class actions, and commercial litigation.
• Oversee pre-litigation dispute resolution, discovery, and court document review.
• Coordinate strategy with internal teams and outside counsel.
• Manage government investigations and regulatory matters.
• Mentor and guide junior attorneys on pleadings and trial preparation.
