Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Compliance, collections, recovery or related fields.
• Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year university, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalency required.
• Familiarity with Bank Secrecy Act and regulatory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, prepares, and processes loan accounts for non-accrual status, return to accrual, TDR, and charge-off on a monthly basis.
• Investigates delinquency with sub-servicer DMI and reviews department complaint log for management recommendations.
• Prepares monthly pre-foreclosure and foreclosure reports and quarterly impairment analyses.
• Maintains and updates policies, guidelines, procedures, and form templates; ensures SOX compliance.
• Acts as BUCO overseeing compliance across the business unit and coordinating training.
