ACA Group is seeking an experienced compliance professional to lead mock regulatory examinations and reviews for private funds and registered products, with potential to serve as outsourced chief compliance officer. The role includes policy drafting, reporting, and developing client relationships, while overseeing ACA junior staff.

You will provide regulatory consulting, guide complex projects, and ensure programs meet regulatory expectations, with travel as needed and a focus on delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8 years of industry experience or 6 years with regulatory/ACA-like experience.
• Advanced knowledge of relevant federal securities laws and rules.
• Executive presence – professional who interacts with regulators and high-profile clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist mock regulatory examinations and compliance program reviews, including documents, interviews, and reports, supervising team members.
• Oversee reviews for ACA’s largest clients, coordinating work of colleagues across reviews.
• Provide regulatory consulting services, including drafting filings, reviewing policies and marketing materials, and answering client questions.
• Manage assigned client relationships and projects, ensuring timely, expert client service and collaboration with internal departments.
