Job summary

Momentum Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support mission and corporate compliance in a highly regulated Intelligence Community environment.

You will help ensure operations align with laws, directives, and policies, applying sound judgment and risk management to complex compliance issues. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph, strong written and verbal communication, and experience in compliance, auditing, or cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph required.
• Experience in compliance, legal, auditing, oversight, or related work.
• Experience in mission-related areas such as collection, intelligence, or cybersecurity is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply compliance policies, regulations, and standards.
• Experience documenting, investigating, and managing compliance incidents or findings.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliance support to ensure operations align with applicable laws, orders, directives, regulations, policies, and mission requirements.
• Conduct periodic evaluations of internal controls, audit trails, and compliance processes.
• Identify control weaknesses and recommend improvements for stronger compliance.
• Monitor and report compliance status, risks, and clearance gaps to leadership.
• Help establish and maintain consistent compliance frameworks across domestic and international locations.
• Coordinate compliance training and updates to procedures from new requirements.
• Research statutes and assess their potential impact on organizational operations.
• Guide internal departments on actions, conformance testing, and documentation requirements.
• Prepare and maintain documentation of compliance incidents, investigations, and reviews.
• Manage compliance incidents including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
