Job summary

Themis Insight is seeking a Systems Engineer (Compliance) to support government and contractor teams in the Fort Meade area. The role requires TS/SCI with a Polygraph and senior SE experience in defense or IC programs.

You will analyze requirements, guide design work, and produce architecture documentation while coordinating with government customers and program staff. The position offers a robust benefits package and long-term career growth within a policy-compliant, mission-focused environment

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of SE experience in similar programs.
• Bachelor’s degree required; five additional SE years may substitute for degree.
• One year experience in IC Privacy Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and high level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Guide design and development activities; provide technical leadership for integration of requirements, design and technology.
• Develop system architecture and design documentation and system integration/test plans.
• Interface with Government and program personnel on SE considerations and issues.
