CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Analyst, Business Compliance to support PBM licensing and regulatory reporting. You will help ensure compliance with state and regulatory requirements, manage licensing filings and coordinate with business partners across the organization.

The ideal candidate has hands-on PBM licensing and reporting experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of PBM licensing, regulatory filing, and reporting experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency with SERFF, NIPR, and state filing portals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage PBM licensing and regulatory reporting activities.
• Coordinate and submit regulatory filings through SERFF, NIPR, and state filing portals.
• Monitor compliance requirements and help ensure adherence to applicable regulations.
• Research regulatory and legal issues and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for licensing and compliance activities.
• Support audits, monitoring activities, and internal compliance initiatives.
• Communicate with regulators as needed regarding filings and compliance matters.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide timely compliance guidance.
• Manage multiple projects and regulatory deadlines simultaneously.
