SILAC Insurance Company, headquartered in Carmel, Indiana, is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to join the Legal and Compliance Department. The role focuses on ensuring insurance products and marketing materials meet state and federal regulations, collaborating with Product Development and other teams.

You will draft and submit forms to state regulators, track filings, respond to objections, and review advertising content.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of regulatory compliance experience in life/annuity insurance.
• Deep knowledge of state and federal life and annuity rules.
• Experience with tax and non-tax qualified annuity contracts.
• Proficiency with SERFF.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product forms and advertising comply with state laws.
• Draft and submit contract forms to regulators; track filings.
• Serve as primary contact with state insurance departments.
• Review advertising materials for compliance.
• Support post-approval audits and ongoing compliance monitoring.
