Job summary

Lemonade is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to build and strengthen compliance processes across its growing portfolio of P&C insurance products. You’ll partner with Compliance, Insurance Operations and Product to monitor and stand up new processes and ensure regulatory compliance across Car, Home, Renters, and Pet products.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of P&C personal lines insurance compliance or risk management experience.
• Strong writing skills to communicate issues clearly and translate requirements for different audiences.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of risk management principles across any line of business.
• Proficiency with G-Suite and Slack.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, or related field is a plus.
• Ability to work in a remote environment.

• Build and implement new compliance processes from scratch — structured, efficient, and built to scale.
• Develop policies and procedures that streamline operations and stay compliant across all P&C lines.
• Provide compliance guidance and coaching to leadership as Lemonade grows across Car, Home, Renters, and Pet.
• Build strong relationships across Compliance, Insurance Operations, and Product, plus colleagues across the business.
• Drive continuous improvement through AI and automation to manage compliance at scale.
• Manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines without compromising standards.
• Support company-wide compliance projects as they arise.
