Lemonade is seeking a Senior Insurance Product Manager to shape the Car product strategy and roadmap across segments and channels. You will lead a team of product managers and analysts, guiding the shift to AI-first workflows and ensuring fast, high-quality delivery.

You will collaborate with Actuarial, Insurance Operations, Underwriting, and Engineering to align priorities and drive profitable growth. Remote work and a competitive total rewards package are offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of P&C experience and 6+ years in personal lines car insurance state or product management.
• 1+ year direct management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or related field (or equivalent).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with trend identification.
• Strategic thinker with ownership mentality and proactive approach.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities in fast pace.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across teams.
• Interest in AI and adapting to AI-driven insurance tools.

Responsabilités

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Lemonade Car, driving profitable growth across segments and channels.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of product managers and analysts.
• Guide the team through AI-first workflows, driving adoption and upskilling.
• Design and optimize processes to move product changes from concept to production quickly and reliably.
• Advance countrywide Car strategy through rating plans, coverage, and underwriting enhancements.
• Align Insurance, Engineering, Data, and Product on shared priorities and remove blockers.
• Present strategy, performance metrics, and recommendations to executives with clarity.
