Job summary

JCW Group, on behalf of a well-established risk management firm, seeks a Senior Complex Liability Claims Consultant. You will handle complex latent liability claims, including asbestos, environmental, pollution, or molestation exposures.

You will lead investigations, evaluate coverage, set reserves, develop strategy, negotiate settlements, and coordinate with counsel, clients, insurers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of complex latent liability claims handling experience.
• Experience with asbestos, environmental, pollution, molestation, or similar complex latent liability claims.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex latent liability claims throughout the full claims lifecycle, from initial investigation through resolution.
• Evaluate coverage and liability, establish and monitor reserves, develop claim strategies, and negotiate settlements.
• Manage litigation and work closely with internal and external legal counsel, clients, insurers, and other key stakeholders.
