Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years commercial general/auto liability claim handling experience.
• Experience handling complex and large exposure claims or equivalent legal/coverage practice.
• TPA oversight experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver industry leading technical claim handling/oversight and customer service.
• Collaborate with TPA teams and Arch claim account managers to develop resolution strategies.
• Work with underwriters, Legal and operations to ensure timely communication and optimum outcomes.
• Maintain timely claim reporting and documentation; attend mediations and trials when needed.
• Retain defense and coverage counsel to execute litigation/coverage strategies and budgets.
