Job summary

Ascent Resources is seeking an experienced Completions Foreman for the Cambridge, OH area. You will supervise field operations, coordinate crews and ensure adherence to EHS policies while driving completion and workover activities.

The role demands strong leadership, problem solving, and after-hours availability for critical incidents. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience with completions, downhole tools, and related field operations, and will lead a team of employees and consultants

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and managerial expertise.
• Significant experience with horizontal completions is required.
• Rig and coil tubing experience is a must.
• Knowledge of frac, cased hole wireline, workover rig, coiled tubing and slickline operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to respond to after-hours calls, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Front line supervision of all field operations associated with completions.
• Coordinate WORs, coil, frac crews, wireline units, pumping and flow back.
• Coordinate field consultants and ensure BMPs and EHS policies are followed.
• Manage completion and workover activities and the Ohio completion team.
• Analyze problems and provide corrective solutions.
• Manage vendors and conduct service quality reviews.
• Prepare daily reports using WellView and assist procurement with tenders/RFPs.
