Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of related experience.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a respiratory fit test, if applicable to route/location.
• Acceptable pre-employment background and drug test.

Aufgaben

• Directly supervise contract services employed in completion or workover of wells.
• Forecast upcoming needs from contractors and internally within completion operations.
• Communicate with pertinent contractors professionally with ample lead time to uphold safety and environmental standards.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and crews to uphold business continuity.
• Follow up with contractors with adequate feedback to improve operations within CLR’s scope.
• Record and enter daily work reports and costs into Wellview.
• Assist with vendor selection and material sourcing.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with surface owners.
• Verify vendor compliance with company and regulatory policies.
• Monitor cost performance and operational efficiency to identify trends.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities per policies and laws.
• Review and approve payable invoices.
• Recommend changes in techniques and procedures to Completion supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.
