Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Competitive Intelligence Senior Manager for its Biosimilars unit. You will lead CI strategy across pipeline assets, partnering with Marketing, Regulatory, and Medical teams to uncover insights that guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Doctorate/Master/Bachelor in life sciences, business, or related field.
• Six to twelve years of CI or related experience in pharma/biotech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI strategy for Biosimilars pipeline assets and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Execute hypothesis-driven primary and secondary research and deliver clear insight packages to stakeholders.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve CI workflows, signal detection, and insight quality.
• Integrate diverse data sources into cohesive competitive landscapes and scenario plans.
• Manage external vendors and internal partners to execute research and rapid-response activities.
