Job summary
Amgen seeks a Competitive Intelligence Senior Associate to lead intelligence activities for US and Global marketing teams across General Medicine and Inflammation. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Competitive Intelligence and requires collaboration with product teams to develop insights that influence strategic decisions.
The position emphasizes on-site work with travel as needed and adherence to CI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Masters degree OR Bachelors degree and 2 years of consulting/competitive intelligence/biopharma experience OR Associates degree and 6 years of consulting/competitive intelligence/biopharma experience OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of consulting/competitive intelligence/biopharma experience.
Responsibilities
- Synthesize information from multiple sources to develop strategic insights and POV on competitive developments.
- Coordinate with global Product Teams to define business problems and analysis plans.
- Apply structured problem solving to collect, analyze and report CI data for stakeholders.
- Educate customers on CI impact to business strategy and market dynamics.
- Present in-depth analyses and recommendations to brand/business partners.
