Job summary

VetJobs is seeking a Competitive Intelligence Senior Manager to lead CI for Amgen’s Biosimilars Business Unit across multiple pipeline assets. You will guide intelligence gathering, AI-enabled analytics, and external/vendor collaboration while presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.

The role requires oversight of CI activities, compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, and ongoing collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree(s) in life sciences or business preferred.
• Experience leading competitive intelligence in biosimilars or biologics is valued.
• Ability to manage external vendors and internal partners at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI strategy for Biosimilars pipeline assets and serve as primary thought partner.
• Define topics, conduct primary/secondary research, and deliver actionable insights.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve CI workflows and signal detection.
• Integrate diverse data sources into cohesive competitive landscapes and scenarios.
• Direct vendor and internal networks, mentor teams, travel ~10%.
• Present recommendations to senior leadership while ensuring regulatory compliance.
