Job summary

Apptronik is seeking a Senior Compensation Business Partner to join our Total Rewards team in Austin. You will lead complex compensation analyses, leverage market data, and administer programs to support our pay strategy for a rapidly growing technical workforce.

You will collaborate with People Partners, recruiters, and leaders to advise on pay, job architecture, and policy interpretation while driving improvements to our salary structures, equity, and incentive plans in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of compensation experience in progressively responsible roles.
• CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification preferred.
• Experience in technology, robotics, or global industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct job evaluations and leveling assessments across multiple job families.
• Manage participation in compensation surveys and analyze results.
• Provide consultative support on pay decisions, job architecture, and policy interpretation.
• Analyze data and develop insights on salary structures, pay equity, and incentives.
• Design and administer salary structures, merit cycles, bonuses, and equity programs.
• Ensure compliance with pay-related regulations and assist with audits.
• Participate in compensation redesigns and technology implementations.
• Prepare and present analyses and recommendations to leadership.
• Build and maintain compensation models, tools, and documentation.
