Job summary

Apptronik is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join the Total Rewards team. You will lead complex analyses, leverage market data, and administer programs that support our pay strategy for a rapidly growing tech workforce.

You will partner with People Partners and business leaders on pay decisions, ensure compliance with FLSA and pay transparency, and help evolve compensation systems and tools at Apptronik.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, or related field required.
• 5+ years of compensation experience in progressively responsible roles.
• CCP certification preferred.
• Experience in technology, robotics, life sciences, or global industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct job evaluations and leveling across multiple job families, ensuring alignment with career ladders and market standards.
• Manage participation in compensation surveys and analyze results to inform competitive pay positioning.
• Provide consultative support to People Partners, recruiters, and leaders on pay decisions, policy interpretation, and job architecture.
• Analyze compensation data and develop insights and recommendations on salary structures, pay equity, and incentive plan design.
• Support the design and administration of salary structures, merit cycles, bonus and equity programs.
• Ensure compliance with pay-related regulations (e.g., FLSA, pay transparency) and assist with audits.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects such as compensation redesigns and technology implementations.
• Prepare and present compensation analyses and recommendations to People and business leaders.
• Build and maintain compensation models, tools, and documentation, sharing knowledge with teammates.
• Stay current on industry trends and competitive practices and propose improvements to our programs.
