Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology leader, is seeking a Compensation Partner to architect and scale our compensation programs. You will work with leadership to design salary structures, equity plans, and incentive schemes while driving market analyses and internal equity across all job families.

You'll partner with G&A and HR teams to resolve compensation issues, lead calibration sessions, and develop materials for managers and trainings.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of compensation experience in high-growth environments.
• Experience with job architecture, leveling guides, and market analytics.
• Experience partnering with executives and cross-functional leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation planning cycles through calibration sessions and remedies in G&A.
• Design, implement, and manage salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs.
• Lead job evaluation processes, market pricing, and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Partner with G&A leadership and HR to resolve complex compensation issues and drive initiatives.
• Collaborate with People Partners on offers, calibrations, and training materials for managers and employees.
• Lead change management and communications of compensation practices.
