Job summary

Onity Group Inc. seeks a Senior Consultant, Compensation to lead complex analysis and advisory work across broad-based and incentive compensation.

You will independently evaluate pay matters, interpret market and internal data, and guide HR and business leaders on decisions with risk and impact. The role reports to the Vice President of Total Rewards and requires meticulous attention to detail, proactive communication, and the ability to develop alternatives within governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR/Finance/Analytics or related field.
• 5-7+ years of progressive compensation experience with inquiry and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Expertise in broad-based compensation, market pricing, pay equity, and governance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to exercise discretion.

Responsibilities

• Independently evaluate and develop pay recommendations for merit increases, market adjustments, and other compensation events.
• Apply compensation philosophy, salary structures, market data, internal equity, and business context to recommendations.
• Identify inequities or retention risks and recommend actions.
• Advise HR partners and leaders on complex pay decisions with clear rationale.
• Participate in salary surveys and evaluate market references.
