Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. seeks a Senior Compensation Analyst to provide compensation analysis, job evaluations, and salary recommendations across the organization.

You will respond to inquiries, guide managers on compensation policies, and ensure compliance while supporting system use for end users. You will also participate in pay equity reviews, audits, and market surveys, while delivering training on compensation philosophy and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent compensation experience.
• 6 years compensation experience required, multi-state preferred.
• Experience with variable pay plans, budgeting, structure activities, and job evaluation (point-factor) preferred.
• 3 years HR/Finance analytics strongly preferred.
• CCP certification required or willingness to obtain within 1–2 years.
• PHR and/or SHRM-CP preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide compensation analysis and consultation to management at all levels; perform job evaluations and salary recommendations.
• Respond to compensation inquiries and guide managers on policies and practices to ensure compliance.
• Support pay equity reviews and system support for end users as needed.
• Assist in audits to ensure pay compliance and documentation of jobs and new roles.
• Participate in salary surveys and analyze market data for competitiveness.
• Deliver training to HR and managers on compensation philosophy and systems.
• Engage in projects impacting compensation and organizational hierarchy.
