Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Lead Compensation Partner to design, administer, and improve broad-based compensation programs from its Oak Brook, IL office. You will deliver data-driven insights, partner with HRBPs and leaders, and drive annual merit and bonus planning.

The role includes market pricing, job evaluation, survey leadership, policy development, and governance to ensure competitive, compliant pay programs for salaried and hourly staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or HR.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing, and pay structures.
• Advanced analytical skills with data-driven insights for recommendations.
• Proven ability to influence and partner with HR and business leaders.
• Experience with compensation program administration and annual processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compensation analytics and provide data-driven recommendations for base pay, incentives, and long-term incentives.
• Partner with HR business partners and leaders on pay decisions, policies, and guidelines.
• Support annual merit and bonus planning, including modeling, budgeting, and reporting.
• Lead market pricing and job evaluations to maintain competitive structures.
• Manage compensation surveys, data gaps, and market positioning recommendations.
• Develop tools, reports, and resources to support compensation decisions.
• Assist with policy development, structure updates, and governance of programs.
• Lead compensation-related projects from planning through execution and monitoring.
