Job summary

TreeHouse Foods seeks a Lead Compensation Partner to shape and manage our broad-based compensation programs from Oak Brook, IL. You will drive analytics, market benchmarking, and incentive design while partnering with HR leaders to ensure equity and compliance across salaried and hourly staff.

You’ll influence annual merit cycles, pricing strategies, policy updates, and governance, leveraging Workday and strong Excel skills to deliver actionable insights in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Business, HR, or related field.
• 4–6 years of compensation experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of market pricing, job evaluation, pay structures, and internal equity.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis ability.
• Experience with compensation program administration and annual processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform compensation analytics and provide data-driven recommendations for base pay, incentives, and long-term incentives.
• Partner with HRBPs and leaders to guide pay decisions and policy interpretation.
• Support annual merit and bonus planning, modelling, budgeting, and reporting.
• Lead market pricing, job evaluation, and maintain pay structures.
• Develop tools, reports, and dashboards to support decision making.
