Job summary

Avanos Medical is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to lead market pricing, job evaluations, and compensation program design. You will work with HR and business leaders to ensure competitive pay practices and fair evaluations, while guiding annual reviews and incentive plans.

The role requires independent project leadership, advanced Excel/HRIS skills, and discretion with sensitive data. It is a hybrid position in Alpharetta, GA with 3 days/week in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field; equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a compensation role with independent problem solving.
• Advanced Excel and HRIS/compensation systems experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Conducts market pricing and salary surveys for competitive pay.
• Develops job evaluations, descriptions, and consistency enhancements.
• Uses data-driven insights to evaluate program effectiveness and risks.
• Leads compensation projects and coordinates with stakeholders.
• Prepares reports and executive summaries for senior leadership.
