Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive compensation experience, incl. job analysis and market pricing.
• Hands-on experience designing salary structures and pricing strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/Finance; Master’s preferred for advanced roles.

• General Compensation Support.
• Develop and implement compensation programs, policies, and procedures aligned with client philosophy.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state compensation regulations.
