Job summary

SGS Consulting seeks a Senior Compensation Specialist to lead complex compensation initiatives for clients, including policy design, pricing, and program implementation. You will ensure regulatory compliance and deliver data-driven insights to HR leadership.

The role requires 8+ years in compensation, expertise with HRIS and market data platforms, and a track record of delivering timely results in a government-contractor environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive compensation experience including job analysis/leveling and market pricing.
• Experience coordinating projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compensation programs, policies, and procedures aligned with client philosophy.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state compensation regulations.
• Lead and deliver complex compensation projects in fast-paced environments.
• Present findings and recommendations to HR leadership and executives.
• Manage timelines and cross-functional collaboration to deliver project deliverables.
