Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Compensation Partner to deliver corporate compensation policies and programs across sectors. This role provides consultative guidance to leadership and the HR community on base pay, bonuses, compliance, and market analytics, collaborating with Total Rewards and HR partners to support day-to-day operations.

You will evaluate salary adjustments, ensure alignment with the Leidos job architecture, and oversee incentive actions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required.
8+ years of experience in Compensation or a related field.
Thorough knowledge of compensation philosophies and practices.
Thorough knowledge of FLSA compliance, rules and application.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary compensation partner and trusted advisor for assigned business organizations.
Implement and support compensation practices with HR Business Partners and stakeholders.
Evaluate and approve salary adjustments using sound compensation fundamentals.
Ensure alignment to the Leidos job architecture for all employees and new hires.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal control requirements of compensation decisions.
Evaluate and approve bonus and incentive requests for compliance and appropriateness.
Proactively evaluate pay practices against equity and market trends using workforce data.
Develop audience-ready communications for leadership and HR stakeholders.
