Job summary

OpenLoop, a telehealth-focused company, is hiring a Sr. Compensation Partner to own core compensation work—from benchmarking to job architecture and modeling.

You will collaborate with People, Finance, Legal and business leaders to ensure data-driven, well-modeled compensation decisions explained clearly. The role requires hands-on experience in a high-growth environment, deep knowledge of compensation structures, and proficiency with survey data and equity administration.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience administering private-company equity.
• Experience building or overhauling job architectures, leveling, and salary structures.
• Knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FLSA, and state pay transparency laws.

Responsibilities

• Advise recruiters, people partners, and managers on offers, promotions, and pay questions.
• Lead market benchmarking using Radford or comparable survey tools.
• Maintain and extend job architecture, leveling, and salary ranges within Total Rewards framework.
• Run key workstreams of the annual compensation cycle from data prep to rollout.
• Build financial models, dashboards, and analyses to support decisions.
• Support equity program decisions with modeling and grant-sizing analysis.
• Harmonize compensation across corporate and subsidiary populations.
