Job summary

You will partner with the Head of Compensation to translate strategy into scalable programs and oversee a team of 2–4 professionals, delivering analyses and recommendations to senior leaders.

This hybrid role coordinates with HR, Finance and Legal to ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant pay. Strong leadership, analytics, and project management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate and implement compensation programs that attract talent and drive business strategies.
• Develop compensation philosophy, job architecture, salary structures and pay guidelines.
• Advise and support executives on complex compensation matters with data-driven analyses.
• Lead annual compensation processes: merit reviews, incentive payouts, equity events and communications.
• Manage cross-functional projects with HR, Finance, Legal and Benefits.
