Job summary

You will influence senior leaders and drive complex compensation programs across the company, partnering with HR, Finance and Legal. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, total rewards perspective, and compliance across pay practices.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of compensation experience.
• Two+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of base-pay practices, market pricing, job evaluation, salary structures and incentive compensation.
• Demonstrated ability to consult with and influence senior business leaders and present data-driven recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate and implement competitive, equitable and financially responsible compensation programs.
• Lead annual compensation processes and ensure timely delivery with cross-functional dependencies.
• Provide compensation consultation and data-driven recommendations to executives and HR.
• Develop financial models and recommendations related to compensation programs and workforce decisions.
• Support compliance and governance initiatives, including pay equity and pay transparency.
