Job summary
CompoSecure is seeking a hands-on Compensation leader to design, administer, and continuously improve our compensation and equity programs. You will serve as the primary subject matter expert, partnering with Legal, Finance, Payroll, and external administrators to ensure accurate execution and compliance.
The role emphasizes analytical design, governance, and leadership collaboration, with oversight spanning base pay, incentive plans, and long-term equity awards while keeping benefits
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation or total rewards
- Experience designing and governing compensation and equity programs
- Strong analytical skills with market pricing and data interpretation
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence decisions
- Experience with job architecture, leveling, and career frameworks
- Familiarity with pay equity analyses and pay transparency regulations
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort with compensation tooling
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, administration, and ongoing evolution of compensation programs including base pay, incentive plans, and pay ranges
- Oversee equity compensation program guidelines and governance
- Partner with HR leadership, finance, and legal on plan design and compliance
- Provide leader-ready guidance and actionable recommendations to HR partners
- Develop dashboards and analytics to inform total rewards decisions
- Ensure compensation and benefits programs are competitive and compliant
