    • Conduct comprehensive market benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.
    • Lead key components of the annual compensation review cycle, including salary adjustments, promotions, bonus planning, and compensation planning support.
    • Partner with HRBPs and leadership teams to provide strategic compensation recommendations based on market data and internal analytics.
    • Develop compensation reports and dashboards to support workforce planning and leadership decision-making.
    • Maintain and ensure accuracy of compensation data within HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Benefits
    • Oversee administration and optimization of employee benefits programs across North America (medical, dental, vision, retirement, wellness programs, etc.).
    • Manage relationships with benefits brokers, consultants, and vendors, including renewals, negotiations, and benefits program design improvements.
    • Lead benefits communication strategies to improve employee understanding and engagement with total rewards programs.
    • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations such as ACA, ERISA, and provincial employment standards.
    • Provide expert guidance to employees and managers on benefits and total rewards programs.

    • Contribute to the development of compensation and benefits policies, guidelines, and internal documentation.
Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in compensation, benefits, payroll, or total rewards roles.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. compensation and benefits regulations; familiarity with Canadian regulations is highly preferred.
  • Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret compensation data and market benchmarks.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Rippling, Workday, or similar platforms).
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in logistics, technology, or high-growth companies is preferred.
