Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, payroll or compensation administration.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and payroll tax regulations.
• Experience with defined benefit plan reporting.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile payroll to the general ledger and record accruals.
• Perform monthly reconciliations for compensation-related accounts.
• Coordinate with actuaries for defined benefit pension plan entries.
