You will design dashboards, model pay strategies, and advise executives on market pricing and equity, partnering with HR and Finance to drive scalable, compliant compensation decisions.

With 10+ years in compensation analytics, you will translate data into executive insights, develop executive-ready recommendations, and mentor analysts while ensuring data integrity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive compensation or analytics experience, senior leadership exposure.
• Advanced Power BI dashboards, data models, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Ability to present complex metrics to senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.
• Strong Excel skills, data validation, and governance practices.
• Workday Compensation experience and data integrity expertise.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted compensation advisor to HR leadership and business partners.
• Lead design and enhancement of Power BI dashboards and executive reports.
• Translate complex data into actionable, executive-ready insights.
• Prepare monthly and ad hoc compensation metrics and trend reports.
• Drive process improvements for compensation workflows and data sources.
• Advise on salary structures, market pricing, and pay equity.
