Job summary
OxyChem in Dallas, TX is seeking a Principal Compensation Analytics Consultant to design, administer, and analyze enterprise compensation programs. You will translate complex data into executive insights, support pay equity, market pricing, and workforce analytics, and influence stakeholders to ensure competitive, scalable pay practices.
The role focuses on leading dashboards, scenarios, governance, and pay strategy projects while partnering with HR, Finance, Legal, and management to drive
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business, Finance, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Compensation or workforce analytics.
- Advanced Power BI, data modeling, KPIs, and executive reporting.
- Experience presenting to senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules.
Responsibilities
- Serves as trusted compensation advisor to HR leadership and stakeholders.
- Leads design, development, and enhancement of Power BI dashboards and executive reporting.
- Translates complex data into concise insights for technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Prepares and analyzes monthly and ad hoc compensation metrics and dashboards.
- Reviews compensation workflows, data sources, and reporting methodologies for scalability.
- Provides guidance on salary structures, market pricing, and pay equity.
