• Drives process improvements for compensation workflows, data sources, and reporting.
• Advises on salary and incentive recommendations for internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Performs complex compensation analyses for leadership, including pay equity and workforce planning.
• Provides subject matter expertise in compensation frameworks and market-pricing methods.
• Identifies trends and provides forward-looking recommendations to HR and business leaders.
• Partners with HR, Finance, Legal, HR Technology to resolve compensation matters.
• Creates and audits job profiles to align with structure and market data.
• Leads annual compensation benchmarking and market-pricing activities.
• Ensures data integrity through audits of Workday and related outputs.
• Develops communications and executive materials related to compensation programs.
