Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in corporate real estate or 15+ years in a related field.
• Must possess an active real estate license.
• Experience in contract management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate real estate matters for SpaceX.
• Negotiate lease and acquisition transactions.
• Maintain real estate databases and files.
• Gather data to inform decisions on property.
• Maintain relationships with landlords and brokers.
