Job summary

Dallas College is seeking a Compensation Analyst to shape compensation strategy through data-driven insights, job evaluations, and salary structure maintenance. You will collaborate with HR partners and stakeholders to ensure compliant, competitive pay decisions and equity considerations.

The role requires advanced analytics, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and HR systems. Some on-site work with possible hybrid arrangements after six months will be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of professional compensation experience.
• Experience with job analysis/evaluation and salary structures.
• Strong knowledge of pay equity, FLSA, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using CUPA-HR, Culpepper, Willis Towers Watson, and other sources.
• Analyze data to guide salary structure design, promotions, and equity adjustments.
• Prepare job descriptions, salary grade assignments, and reports for leadership.
