Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, maintain and develop compensation structures, including pay grades and ranges.
  • Lead the annual salary review process with budgeting and analysis.
  • Partner with HR leadership to align programs with business objectives.
  • Monitor trends and best practices to maintain competitive positioning.
  • Conduct job evaluations and benchmarking studies for market competitiveness.
  • Prepare compliance reports and governance documentation.
