Job summary

Southland Industries is seeking a compensation professional to lead and support enterprise-wide compensation initiatives, including program design and the annual merit and incentive processes.

The role requires strong Workday proficiency, analytical skills, and the ability to partner with HRBPs and leaders. You will manage market pricing, plan design, and data governance to ensure competitive programs while complying with laws.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in compensation with market pricing and job architecture.
• Strong workday experience, dashboards, data governance preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex compensation cycles with detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support enterprise-wide compensation initiatives and projects.
• Design compensation plans, including incentive and commission structures.
• Manage salary survey processes, aging, and data integrity.
• Analyze market data to ensure competitive programs and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
