Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of compensation administration experience.
• Proven ability to collaborate with senior leaders and HR partners.
• Experience designing compensation programs and policies.
• Experience with HRIS systems; SAP/SuccessFactors a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive compensation support to the business units.
• Lead salary surveys, data interpretation and analyses.
• Manage job architecture and incentive/differential pay programs.
• Develop compensation policies and guidelines; support system changes.
