NKC Health is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to design, develop, implement, and administer compensation programs aligned with our talent strategy. This role serves as a subject matter expert in compensation, building comprehensive frameworks, salary structures, and pay administration across the organization.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Compensation and HR Analytics, you will partner with HR, Finance, and leadership to ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant practices while managing

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of progressive compensation experience.
• Certifications (CCP, SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) required.
• Experience with compensation survey tools and HRIS systems.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and administer compensation programs aligned with the organization's talent strategy and objectives.
• Build and maintain compensation frameworks, salary structures, and job architecture.
• Apply market pricing methodologies and pay administration programs.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure competitive, equitable, financially sustainable and compliant pay practices.
• Lead the design and administration of merit and market review processes.
