Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Broad-based Compensation experience and 3+ years of Sales Compensation experience.
• Advanced data modeling skills with the ability to synthesize high-volume data into clear conclusions.
• Ability to present complex concepts to senior management and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Compensation Business Partners, HRBPs, and Talent Acquisition to advise on compensation strategy and programs.
• Drive identification, assessment, and implementation of compensation process improvements and policies.
• Collaborate with Analytics & Design to execute broad-based and sales compensation programs.
