You will analyze markets and internal equity, manage ASR cycles, and drive data-informed decisions using Workday and Excel-based tools. The role collaborates with HR partners and business leaders to ensure competitive compensation, equity program support, and robust reporting.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of relevant work experience and Bachelor's Degree
• Strong Excel skills to automate processes and support calculations and analytics
• Ability to communicate with employees across the organization
• Delivers high attention to detail and accuracy during prolonged computer use
• Experience using HR systems or other Comp/HR tools; Workday preferred

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data modeling, dashboards, and large datasets.
• Lead annual salary reviews, merit processes, and compensation planning cycles.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to provide compensation consultation and recommendations.
