Qualifications

• Five years of experience with a Master’s degree or seven years with a Bachelor’s degree in related roles.
• Experience applying ASC/GAAP and preparing technical accounting memoranda.
• Exposure to M&A and/or digital assets is a plus.
• CPA designation required.

Responsibilities

• Support business units and corporate functions in interpreting accounting standards and firm policies for transactions.
• Apply US GAAP literature to policy analysis and application.
• Monitor emerging accounting issues under US GAAP and SEC disclosure requirements.
• Contribute to development and updates of the firm’s accounting policies.
• Partner with SEC Reporting and Legal Entity teams to ensure accurate disclosures.
• Deliver training on emerging accounting standards and firm-wide policy application.
