Job summary

Papa Inc. is seeking flexible, part-time Papa Pals to provide non-medical companionship and support to older adults in Napa, CA. You control your schedule, accept visits that fit your life, and earn income on a per-visit basis.

No professional caregiving experience is required—just a passion for helping others and reliability. A driver’s license, background check, and legal work authorization in the U.S. are required.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Must complete a background check.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Access to a reliable vehicle (model year 2009 or newer), with active auto insurance meeting platform requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide rides to local destinations.
• Non-Medical Companionship: Engage in conversation, go for walks, play games, or simply spend quality time together.
• In-Home Support: Offer light non-medical assistance with daily tasks such as tidying up, laundry, meal prep, and other light tasks.
• Errands: Accompany individuals on grocery runs, store pick-ups, and similar outings.
